When will my parcel arrive?

Most deliveries are made within 2-3 working days. If you are ordering a specialist product, or any products which state there will be a longer waiting time, delivery is usually made within 5-7 working days. Please call us on 0845 269 0001 to enquire further about deliveries.

Do you sell / deliver to outside the UK?

Currently, we only supply to UK customers and cannot offer our services to ROI, Europe and beyond.

How secure is my payment?

All payments by credit or debit card are processed in full confidentiality and secured by PayPal. All payment details are encrypted and secured throughout the buying process to ensure you're 100% safe from fraud, hackers and other unwanted access. Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, no. Our stock facility is not set-up to accept collections or process payments.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit and debit card payments, and PayPal, via the online store or telephone (0845 269 0001). The card types we accept are: Solo, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Trade customers can pay on account, by BACS, Cheque or Credit/Debit card.

Can you ship my order to a different address?

We can only ship orders to your billing address (where the card is registered).

Can you specifiy a timed delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot specifiy a timed delivery. Most courier deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £200. If you spend under £200, our flat-rate of £8.00 will apply - this will be shown on checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most in-stock goods are dispatched the same working day, when ordered before 2:00pm. Otherwise, they will be dispatched the following working day.

How do I see the process of my order?

Information is available on your account dashboard, next to your order number. You should also receive emails with details of your order's whereabouts (in warehouse, dispatched, delivered etc.)

I'm not receiving confirmation or update emails?

Please ensure that our emails don't end up in your spam. Unblock the '@av-works.com' email address if required. If you are still having trouble receiving our emails, please call us on 0845 269 0001.

How do I return an item?

For further returns information, and to process a return, please call our sales team on 0845 269 0001.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order was in stock and due for dispatch, and you feel you should have received it by now, please call our sales team on 0845 269 0001 with your order number at hand.
