Return a Large Item

For the purposes of this returns policy, "large item" means any item that is 25 kg or heavier, e.g. a widescreen television (larger than 26"), or any large item as was delivered to you via a specialist courier. The courier would have asked you to sign a delivery slip to confirm you'd received the correct item and checked for damage in transit.

The following applies should you wish to return a large item which was delivered to you by specialist courier:

Our 14-day returns guarantee

If you are unhappy with your large item, you may return it to AV Works Ltd within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

This does not affect Your Statutory Rights.

Defective large items

If the item is defective, please contact our Customer Support Team on 0845 269 0001. AV Works Ltd will arrange for our specialist repair service to contact you to discuss the defect and, if necessary, arrange to assess the item in person. They will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If it cannot be repaired, we will at our discretion arrange to replace the item.

How to return a large item

Should you wish to return a large item, please contact our Customer Support Team on 0845 269 0001 or email support@av-works.com. We will then contact you via e-mail to confirm the return and arrange for collection.
